MISSION

I pride myself in assisting the growth and evolution of creative operations through calculated risk assessment and strategic teamwork. Coming from a background as a designer, I understand and appreciate the complexity that creativity requires.

I have focused on a wide range of services for Brand Marketing, Advertising and Communications. This includes fiscal responsibility, business and workflow processes, technology, creative production, integrated project management and media operations. I also have a broad base of experience across enterprise infrastructure management, IT, legal, and vendor governance. As a seasoned problem solver, I designed customized creative solutions that provide the clarity required to efficiently traverse the best path to each project’s successful completion.

SPECIALITIES

  • Creative Project Management and Scope Evaluation: I coordinated work across Marketing partnerships through scope assessment, bandwidth and financial reporting, while overseeing processes and execution.

    I led the creative development and KPIs for various marketing channels including video, animation, web design, email, banner ads and direct mailers. While partnering with Marketing teams, I’ve reviewed and edited campaign advertising briefs for internal and external agencies and vendors.

    I repeatedly acted as the liaison for Marketing and Technology teams, project management teams, creatives, and leadership stakeholders to provide program progress reports. I would also collaborate with executive directors to plan and scope photoshoots and marketing video productions.

    My additional experience includes leading teams of scriptwriters, editors and designers to ensure the production process is successful, while detecting unforeseen issues.

  • I regularly lead teams of 40+ with direct reports exceeding 10+ associates.

  • I conduct budget planning and report P&L for the internal agency, providing consistent annual savings of $2M+.

  • Leading the planning and logistics phases for Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams. Various cloud-based platforms and award platforms were overseen as well.

  • I was able to efficiently align production processes, quality and creative to deliver “best in class” marketing and regulatory materials while providing a seven-figure cost savings, which equaled a reduction of over 40% from the original benchmark.

  • Led the initiative to boost brand recognition, client engagement and associate pride, through original brand products and designs.

  • My experience includes governing creative and branding to work consistently across all channels.
